~Undaunted Efforts Chapter~

I. Can. No. Longer. Take. This. Physical. Torture (*==*) At long last, today is the last one where my family and I have to endure a few long, gruelling hours of stuffing ourselves to more than the normal bodily extent of "FULL". And the long rainy days and soft soothing breeze are doing nothing in helping me survive the falling-asleep-flat-on-my-face-after-the-heavy-meals syndrome. Very helpful, that thought.

This time around, I was surprised the meal wasn't that heavy on the tummy (and *crosses fingers and toes* probably wasn't too harsh on increasing the amount of fats already in my body *faints*). We all trooped off obediently to the Summer Palace Restaurant over at Marriott Hotel, fully prepped and geared up for the last war to battle the food down. Placed in a private dining room, surprise surprise, the dim sum we had wasn't so filling, partly cause the service was waaaay slower than a snail making it's way up a steep, slippery driveway. So since I enjoyed eating this time, not many pictures of food were taken. Many random ones were though~

P/S ::: The lamborghini I saw parked outside the hotel? Mega drool-worthy. I'm a full-blooded jealous monster now. Bleh.

~Happily Bloated Chapter~

Since I highly suspect myself of not having enough of a social life, once again, thanks in large part to my dear mother, my family, relatives and I trooped off to another one of her famous "buffet lunches". This one was held over at Lemon Garden Cafe at Shangri-La where the decor is "simply sumptuous" [that one I borrowed from a British couple seated in the lobby =Þ]. I have to agree with them there, it was really befitting a 5-star hotel, very grandiose and all that~ The food itself was also what I like to term "DA BOMB!!". Food of *gasp* all kinds, fresh seafood, sushi, indian cuisine, western dishes, A CHOCOLATE FOUNTAIN!! *squeals* We couldn't possibly try everything so we squished and squashed whatever we could into those itsy-bitsy things called stomachs. Didn't really take many pictures of the food since was too busy scarfing it all down. But there's one in particular that's my favourite, the one with all the sweet treats. Are you jealous already? =9

~Bless My Stomach Chapter~

The title's enough to say what my tummy's trying to and my mouth's unable to. I have been stuffed to the brim with over-the-top, rich food for the past few days and at the rate my darling mother is going, it doesn't seem to ever be in danger of letting up. Not the way I see it, really. Nuh-uh not in a gazimatrillion light years. I was finally intuitive enough to bring along a camera (though even that was a last minute remembrance thingy) so that I could snap a few photos of the food and the place and the people and all that. Mom booked us all a table over at the Kites Restaurant in Holiday Inn, Subang Jaya. The rest, I shall let the pictures do the talking :::
